This Market analysis for clients to help them determine a price to list when selling a home or a price to offer when buying a home.

Believe responding to an inquiry from clients within 15-20 mins is very important. This will eliminate unnecessary thought process  and allow to deal with any issue or concern immediately. Following up with the process and communicating efficiently will  save your time, which is the first priority to assist my clients.

Grown in Korea and traveled, studied, and worked in Europe, East Asia, and numerous states in the US. I understand that each individual is unique, and recognize individual differences, which allows to work easy with clients regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.

Naturally improved and sharpened my negotiation skills through the experience serving 40-60 customers in direct contact daily basis at upscale hotels. My primary role was accommodating the needs and exceeding the expectations of average 300 customers.
